College of Sciences

This fall Washington State University is honoring one of our alumni of whom we are most proud. Orthodontist Dwight H. Damon has helped transform his field by developing new technology and techniques that help patients achieve improved outcomes. Creator of the “Damon Bracket System,” Dr. Damon has led the change that means more people are able to have shorter treatment times, the conservation of more of their teeth, and less discomfort throughout their whole treatment process. In short, Dr. Damon has contributed greatly to the profession of dentistry.

This event will be held in the newly remodeled Compton Union Building (CUB), with the talk in the first floor auditorium and the reception afterwards in the second floor junior ballroom.  Public parking on campus is available at the Smith Center on Stadium Way.

Sincerely Yours,

Michael Griswold

Dean of the College of Sciences and Regents Professor of Molecular Biosciences
